Of them, the important ones are those at Thiruvangad (in Thalassery town) of Kannur district; Noolpuzha of Wayanad district; Katavallur, Thiruvilwamala and Thriprayar in Thrissur district; Thiru Venkitapuram and Ramapuram of Kottayam district; Ve1inellur (near Kottarakkara)of Kollam district and Thiruvananthapuram (Fort area) of Thiruvcmanthapuram district.Ekaadasi is also celebrated in all Sree Rama temples with special poojas
