Home > Temples of Kerala > uccha-pooja uccha-poojaThe uccha-pooja has to be normally done after madhyanha-sandhya but generally in major temples uccha-pooja is done around 12 noon and in lesser important temples before 11 a.m. Uccha-pooja is also preceded by nivedya and followed ,by Sree-bali. Similar to the Sree-bali done in the morning oblations are offered to bali- peethas at this time also provided parivaara-prathishtas exist or otherwise to the bali-peetha of the Agni.
