Chorukka Chertha Thenga Chammanthi - Coconut Chutney with Vinegar

Ingredients of Chorukka Chertha Thenga Chammanthi

Makes: 200 gms

This chutney is usually served at the feast to celebrate Id.

½ medium-sized, fresh coconut, grated

6 green chillies, chopped

4 shallots, chopped

2 cloves garlic, chopped

1 tsp salt

1 tbsp white vinegar

Method of Preparation of Chorukka Chertha Thenga Chammanthi

  • Mix all ingredients together and grind to a coarse paste.
