Ingredients of Injithairu

Makes: ½ cup

Serves at feasts

½ cup curd (not sour), whisked

4 green chillies, chopped

3-cm piece ginger, chopped

½ tsp salt

Method of Preparation of Injithairu

  • Mix together all ingredients and serve.
